Alongside the digital promotion of the #CreatingChangeTogether campaign, a set of optional traditional media assets was developed to support awareness and engagement in physical spaces. These materials are designed to complement the website and social media presence while extending the campaign into real-world environments, particularly during the campaign event itself.

A series of three posters was created to act as bold, attention-grabbing statements. Each poster features a clear message aligned with the campaign’s values, #CreatingChangeTogether, “Every story matters. Every voice counts.” and “No one creates change alone.” The posters use strong typography, the established brand colours, and the visual identity of the Participatory Collective to ensure immediate recognition. QR codes and website links are included on each poster, allowing members of the public to easily access the website if they encounter the posters in public spaces. The tone of these posters is intentionally impactful yet inclusive, encouraging reflection while inviting participation.

To further support the campaign, a range of merchandise was designed to be distributed at the event. The tote bag mock up takes a minimal approach, featuring the campaign hashtag and website link on one side, and a secondary logo on the reverse. This logo variation includes supporting hands beneath the circular figures, reinforcing the Collective’s values of care, collaboration, and mutual support. The simplicity of the design makes the tote bag practical, wearable, and suitable for everyday use.

A white t-shirt mock up was also created, featuring the badge logo on the front and the campaign hashtag on the back. This subtle approach allows the message to be shared without feeling forced, helping to raise awareness naturally. In addition, a set of business cards was designed using the campaign branding. These include the logo, QR codes, and consistent typography, presenting a professional and cohesive identity suitable for networking and partnership building.

Finally, a set of wristbands was designed and 3D modelled using Adobe Illustrator. Each wristband uses one of the brand colours associated with the four stakeholders, helping to reinforce inclusivity and representation. These wristbands provide a simple yet effective way to make attendees feel involved and connected to the campaign.
Overall, the traditional media and merchandise form a cohesive extension of the Participatory Collective’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across the digital and physical space while supporting meaningful engagement.
